There are so many better laptops in this price range that this product is just silly. The 8 GB of memory doesn't make much a difference, and the A-10 processer doesn't perform like most A-10s. Doing possibly moderately-intensive tasks in nearly impossible on this laptop. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. LOVE the touchscreen, 10 touch points, all other captive touch computers manufactured after 2014 may have 12 touch points? my 4th hp laptop. I had 2012 pavilion dv6 with multi optical blu ray beats audio,my friend has that, still going. odd that retailer would hold display product for 18 months? has 3 usb ports, standard usb 2.0 and two 3.0.
