The power connector looked as though it had been run over. It had nicks and dirt on it. It didn't fit snug. The screen that holds the disc continually popped open as we drove, and is not being supported by a rubber band. The connections on the second display are cutting in and out already. The connections between the screens is easy. The power cord/adapter is flimsy the display is nice Controls are easy to use I wish the screen that holds the disc would come all the way open, as it's a lot easier to access the disc and then you don't pull down on the screen. This was NOT a refurbished product. First, even the original set (that worked for a couple years) was very sensitive to bumps unless situated just perfectly on the seat. This one was too. I was excited to see a wall plugin and an input cable. Very useful items. Unfortunately, the dvd players that we received were super finicky. The main player worked all the time, but we were rarely able to get them both working. My husband is an engineer and kept messing with it trying to make it work. I don't know if it was the cable that goes between the players or if the connecting ports were bad, but this has been returned. |
