There is heavy wear and scratches all over both dvd players, like someone had been using them for years. One of the dvd players in this set was manufactured July 2012, the other Oct 2011. The description clearly states that this "certified refurbished" product will have limited or no wear. This is clearly not the case at all, so I am returning them.
